All artwork displayed on this website is the original work of Andy Hannon and is protected by copyright law.
The artist retains full ownership and copyright of all paintings, including commissioned pieces, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No image, artwork, or part thereof may be copied, reproduced, distributed, stored, or used in any form—whether digital or physical—without prior written permission from the artist.
Unauthorised use, including copying, tracing, printing, or commercial reproduction, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each artwork is carefully created, packaged, and shipped with great care.
Original Artwork
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Prints
We accept returns of prints within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging
The item must be unused and undamaged
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
Your order number
Photographs of the packaging and the damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Commissions & Custom Work
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned once work has begun.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
